Role & responsibilities
Operate and monitor 15 TPH & 30 TPH boilers during shift operation. (Coal & Husk Boiler)
Ensure continuous steam generation as per plant requirements.
Monitor boiler parameters such as:
Steam Pressure
Steam Temperature
Feed Water Pressure
Water Level
Fuel Consumption
Draft and Combustion Efficiency
Maintain boiler log sheets and shift records.
Conduct routine inspection of:
Boiler
Feed Water Pumps
Condensate Pumps
Softener Plant
DM/RO Water System
Air Compressors (if applicable)
Identify abnormalities and report them immediately.
Preferred candidate profile
Certified First Class Boiler Attendant
ITI (Boiler)
Experience- 3+ years
