Manager Talent Acquisition
Location: Delhi

Role & Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels, including critical and leadership positions.
Partner with functional heads to understand workforce requirements, prioritise vacancies, and develop hiring plans.
Map target organisations and talent pools; identify, engage, and convert passive candidates through targeted headhunting.
Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
Use AI-enabled sourcing tools and contemporary recruitment platforms to improve sourcing and candidate engagement.
Clearly communicate the organisations mission, culture, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
Manage candidate engagement throughout interviews, offer negotiation, acceptance, and onboarding handover.
Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation expectations, candidate quality, and hiring timelines.
Establish structured interview processes, evaluation criteria, and offer workflows.
Maintain accurate recruitment data in Zoho HRMS and prepare hiring dashboards and reports.




Manage recruitment vendors and external hiring partners.
Ensure timely communication, respectful feedback, and a positive candidate experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile :
5–7 years of relevant Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, with exposure to hiring across multiple functions and levels.
Relevant qualification in HR, organisational psychology, or management; postgraduate degree/MBA in HR preferred.
Proven success in closing mid-to-senior and leadership positions.
Robust headhunting, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple vacancies and deliver against agreed hiring timelines.
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with functional leaders.
Proficiency in recruitment systems, reporting, and dashboards; interest in evaluating and adopting AI recruitment tools.
Experience managing recruitment agencies and external vendors.
Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
Solid ownership, attention to detail, discretion, and commitment to fair hiring.
