Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and functional requirements to understand testing needs.
Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing.
Identify, document, track, and retest defects using tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Support automation testing activities, if required.
Ensure adequate test coverage and maintain test documentation.
Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Work effectively in a hybrid environment, coordinating with in office and remote teams.

Required Skills
35 years of hands-on experience in software testing.
Solid knowledge of manual testing concepts and methodologies.




Experience in writing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
Good understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience with defect management tools such as Jira.
Knowledge of regression, functional, integration, and exploratory testing.
Basic understanding of SQL and database validation.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman is preferred.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Valuable analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills
Exposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages.
Experience with CI/CD tools and test management platforms.
Knowledge of web and mobile application testing.
