Social Media Content Intern

This hands-on internship is suited to someone eager to learn and gain practical experience in social media content creation and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Create and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn videos.
Create posts, carousels, and graphics using Canva.
Manage Hiringlabs' social media accounts.
Support the founders personal branding through LinkedIn content, reels, photos, and snippets.
Schedule and publish content regularly.
Capture content from team activities, meetings, and events.
Research content ideas related to recruitment, HR, staffing, and startups.
Track engagement and growth metrics.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Student or recent graduate in marketing, mass communication, journalism, or a relevant field.
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar editing tools.
Active user of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Positive English writing skills.
Creative mindset and solid attention to detail.
Interest in startups, branding, and digital marketing.

Internship Duration
3 to 6 months.
