e are looking for an experienced Production Support / Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) skilled with robust knowledge of cloud technologies, Splunk monitoring, DevOps practices, deployment processes, and automation. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining application stability, monitoring production environments, troubleshooting incidents, automating repetitive tasks, and ensuring high availability and reliability of applications.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for business-critical applications and services.
Monitor application and infrastructure health using Splunk and other monitoring tools.
Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes.
Support cloud-based environments and troubleshoot application or infrastructure issues.
Manage application deployments, releases, and configuration changes in production environments.
Work with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Develop scripts and automation solutions to reduce manual intervention and repetitive operational tasks.




Identify recurring incidents and implement proactive monitoring and self-healing solutions wherever possible.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, incident management processes, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with development, cloud, infrastructure, and QA teams to improve system reliability and performance.
Prepare incident reports, technical documentation, support procedures, and runbooks.

Mandatory Technical Skills
SRE / Production Support: Hands-on experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service reliability.
Cloud Technologies: Experience supporting cloud environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Splunk: Experience with log monitoring, searching, analyzing application logs, creating dashboards, and troubleshooting production issues.
DevOps / Deployment: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, release management, and tools such as Jenkins, Git, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Automation: Hands-on scripting and automation experience using Python, Shell scripting, Bash, or PowerShell.
