Role & responsibilities :
Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on project/customer requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Dispatch, and Projects teams.
Prepare production schedules and ensure timely execution as per planned timelines.
Monitor production capacity, manpower, machinery, and material availability.
Track production progress against planned targets and take corrective actions for deviations.
Coordinate with the Purchase and Stores teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
Monitor inventory levels, material consumption, and production requirements.
Prepare and maintain PPC reports, MIS, production schedules, and performance reports.
Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and other production resources.
Monitor WIP (Work in Progress)



and ensure smooth material flow across production stages.
Coordinate with dispatch/project teams to meet committed delivery schedules.
Analyze production data and provide regular updates to management.
Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce production delays.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company procedures.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust knowledge of production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and material planning.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
Robust team-handling and leadership skills.
