8+ years functional role, having experience of working for mechincal related estimation, procurement and contract management. Basic understanding of contracting, taxation etc. MIS preparation and experience of working in SAP/ERP system/Ariba would be preferred
PR review, identify the requirement and action the same
Coordinate with respective technical team for understanding and collecting details related to
requirements
Consolidation of common requirements following to review of PR
Preparation of inquiry / Tender Documents as per inputs from Engineering/Projects/Business department
and floating the same to the prequalified bidders.
Coordination end user for vendor query resolution and response to vendors
Comparative preparation rates, terms and condition




Techno-commercial negotiations
Preparation of NFA
Preparation of LOA/PO after NFA approval
Coordination with respective airport Techno Commercial Team.
Interaction with Engineering, Estimation, Project Management, Quality, Business, Human Resources,
Finance & Accounts, MAAS, Taxation and Legal for Package Specific requirements
