Supervise daily finishing activities, including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, putty, false ceiling, doors, windows, and other finishing works.
Allocate manpower and monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of finishing activities as per project schedules.
Ensure execution of finishing work according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and instructions from site engineers.
Monitor workmanship, surface finishing, alignment, levels, and dimensions to ensure quality and minimize rework.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other departments for material requirements, work sequencing, and resolution of site issues.
Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment while maintaining site cleanliness and compliance with safety procedures.
Maintain daily progress records, report quality issues and delays to the reporting manager, and support timely project completion.
