Job Description: Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
Use recruitment technology tools such as Job Recommender System, Talemetry, and other candidate-matching platforms.
Review candidate profiles, apply defined qualification criteria, and prepare relevant candidate lists.
Support sourcing activities using vendor platforms such as Indeed and other recruitment tools.
Utilize Power BI reports to track recruitment data and support reporting activities.
Use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word, for daily recruitment operations.
Maintain organized talent pools and ensure candidate information is accurate and up to date.
Coordinate with recruiters, sourcers, candidates, and team members to support recruitment activities.
Manage recurring tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- - Required Skills
Basic proficiency in ATS and CRM platforms, with the ability to learn new recruitment systems quickly.
Willingness to learn Job Recommender System, Talemetry,



and comparable recruitment technology tools.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
Ability to work with Power BI reports and sourcing platforms such as Indeed.
Solid attention to detail and data management skills.
Ability to evaluate candidate profiles against defined qualification criteria.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, time management, and follow-through.
Maintain organized talent pools and ensure candidate information is accurate and up to date.
Coordinate with recruiters, sourcers, candidates, and team members to support recruitment activities.
