Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Supervisor with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in foundry and aluminium die-casting maintenance. The candidate must have solid expertise in LPDC machines, melting and holding furnaces, heat treatment equipment, and Siemens PLC programming.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and foundry machinery.
Handle electrical maintenance of melting furnaces, including Striko and Furnteck, and holding furnaces.
Troubleshoot and maintain Low Pressure Die Casting (LPDC) machines.
Operate, troubleshoot, and modify Siemens PLC programs for machine automation and control systems.
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, drives, sensors, and control circuits.
Ensure smooth operation of heat treatment furnaces and associated electrical systems.
Diagnose electrical faults and minimize machine downtime through effective troubleshooting.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA)



and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and spare parts consumption.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, 5S, and maintenance procedures.
Coordinate with production teams and external service providers for maintenance and technical support.

Required Technical Skills
Strong experience in electrical maintenance in foundry / aluminium die-casting industries.
Hands-on experience with LPDC machines.
Practical knowledge of melting furnaces (Striko and Furnteck) and holding furnaces.
Experience in heat treatment equipment and furnace maintenance.
Robust knowledge of Siemens PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of electrical panels, motors, VFDs, sensors, and industrial automation.

Desired Candidate Profile
6–8 years of relevant electrical maintenance experience in a foundry or aluminium die-casting setup.
Strong hands-on experience with LPDC machines and Siemens PLC programming.
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering.
Positive troubleshooting, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
Candidates with relevant foundry experience will be preferred.
