Role & responsibilities
Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media using Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
Develop creative concepts and design assets for marketing campaigns, social media, branding, promotional materials, and corporate communications.
Design engaging social media creatives, banners, posts, stories, reels, and other platform-specific content.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Product, Regional, and Country teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
Prepare presentations, marketing collaterals, and straightforward visual graphics using Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Edit videos and create basic motion graphics for digital marketing and social media campaigns using Adobe Premiere Pro.
Adapt and resize creative assets for various digital platforms, print formats, and campaign requirements.
Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality outputs within agreed timelines.




Stay updated on emerging design trends, creative tools, and social media best practices to improve design quality and engagement.
Review and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of deliverables.
Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets for easy access and future use.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital marketing creatives, and brand communication.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Solid portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual storytelling, branding, social media designs, and marketing collaterals.
Valuable understanding of social media platforms, creative formats, digital content requirements, and design trends.
Experience creating presentations and marketing materials using Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint.
