JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee daily floor operations, coordinate with vendors, interact with customers, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily floor operations and ensure smooth functioning.

• Interact with customers, understand their requirements, and resolve complaints professionally.

• Coordinate with vendors for supplies, services, maintenance, and timely deliveries.

• Maintain positive working relationships with vendors, customers, and internal teams.

• Monitor staff performance and ensure proper task allocation.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and service quality standards are maintained.

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations effectively.

• Coordinate with management regarding operational issues and updates.

• Monitor vendor performance and ensure services are delivered as agreed.





• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain necessary records. REQUIRED SKILLS

Candidates with experience in floor management, retail, malls, hospitality, commercial facilities, or customer service operations are preferred.
