1 Ensure quality inspections are planned and completed as scheduled.
2 Control quality documents, inspection reports, and customer records accurately.
3 Support closure of NCRs, FAT deviations, and customer observations.
4 Guide junior QA/QC team in inspection discipline and reporting.
5 Ensure audit and dispatch documentation readiness.
Responsibility
a Coordinate with projects, production, design, and purchase on quality matters.
b Review inspection reports before submission.
c Monitor in-process quality standards and stage-wise schedules.
d Support supplier quality follow-up and inward quality concerns.
e Assist AM/Manager in internal audits and QMS implementation.
f Train juniors on documentation and quality checks.
