Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers through CRM/dialer leads and handle inbound inquiries for Health and Motor Insurance products.
Understand customer requirements such as age, vehicle type, family size, existing coverage, and budget, and recommend suitable policies from multiple insurers.
Clearly explain policy features, premiums, exclusions, add-ons, and claim processes to customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, renewals, cross-selling, and up-selling.
Follow up with warm leads, pending quotations, and payment links to close the sales cycle.
Ensure the complete sales process, including quote generation, KYC, payment, and policy issuance, is completed smoothly within the defined TAT.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, calls, and sales in the CRM system.
Handle basic post-sales customer queries, such as policy copies, minor endorsements, and renewal reminders, and route complex issues to the Servicing/Claims team.
Ensure all customer communication complies with IRDAI guidelines and company quality/compliance standards, including mandatory disclosures and call-recording consent.




Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on recent insurer tie-ups, products, and pricing.

Desired Profile
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream); graduates preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or the applicable regional language.
Ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge with familiarity with CRM tools, dialers, MS Excel, or Google Sheets.
Prior experience in tele-sales, insurance, BFSI, or BPO is an advantage but not mandatory.
Robust listening skills and the ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
Target-oriented mindset with a solid drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Basic knowledge of Health and Motor Insurance is an added advantage; training will be provided.
IRDAI POSP/Tele-caller certification: Candidates must be willing to complete the certification if not already certified. The company will provide the required assistance/sponsorship.
