Job Responsibilities
Generate leads for home loans through builders, real estate agents, direct customers, and open-market activities.
Identify potential customers and explain home loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options.
Achieve monthly sales targets for home loan disbursements.
Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for loan approvals and disbursements.
Maintain solid relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners.
Follow up with customers regularly to ensure smooth loan processing.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any stream (as per company requirements).
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Interest in sales, customer handling, and relationship management.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in home loans, LAP, banking sales, or financial services will be an advantage.
