Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to manage sales operations, drive business growth, expand the distribution network, and achieve sales targets in the assigned Areas.
Roles & Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
Manage and expand the distributor and retailer network.
Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory.
Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Develop current markets and increase product distribution and market share.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance and competitor activities.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective merchandising at retail outlets.
Implement promotional schemes and company sales strategies.
Monitor distributor stock, outstanding payments, and market coverage.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
