Role & responsibilities
Job Responsibilities.
Operation and maintenance of Utility and its auxiliary equipments.
Performing preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of equipments
Monitoring & Controlling of all parameters in utility
Reporting any abnormality or deviation to superiors.
Keeping work place clean and tidy
Following cGMP practices.
Up keeping of documentation
Following the work instructions given by the superiors
Following safety procedures.
Inventory checking (Mechanical)
Measuring instruments calibration, certificate verification and provide Calibration tag
Follow up daily maintenance activity
Raising work permit
Ensure completion of PM Document
Maintaining of Finished Product Handling Area Parameters.
Execution of FPHA validation.
Execution of all calibration activity.
SAP PR raising and SAP Indent raising,
Preparing work permit.
