5+ years of experience in Credit Control, Collections, or Accounts Receivable.
Proven experience managing B2B customer collections.
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
Solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive action.
Confident working with Sales, Account Managers, and Finance teams.
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Experience using Salesforce, Sage Intacct, or similar CRM/ERP systems.

Identify the correct customer contacts responsible for invoice approval and payment processing.
Investigate and resolve collection issues, disputes, and overdue balances.
Maintain accurate collection records within Salesforce and Sage Intacct.
Prepare and distribute aged debt and collection reports.
Support month-end Accounts Receivable activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement of collection and Order-to-Cash processes.
