Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Baristas to join our Blenz Coffee team at Versova, Mumbai.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare coffee, espresso, latte, cold brew, shakes and other beverages.
Operate espresso machines, grinders and blenders.
Prepare beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
Perform milk steaming and latte art.
Take customer orders and operate POS.




Recommend beverages and food combinations.
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor stock and report wastage.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience as a Barista preferred.
Freshers with strong hospitality aptitude can apply.
Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines preferred.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to work rotational shifts.
Class 12 pass or above.
