KEY RESPONSIBILITESWARM REGARDS
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery
Maintain Injection Moulding Machines, Air Compressors, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Conveyor Systems, Ultrasonic Welding Machines, Pad Printing Machines, and other production equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimize production downtime.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules
Maintain electrical panels, wiring, MCCs, DBs, motors, drives, and control circuits.
Monitor and maintain utility equipment such as air compressors, chillers, and cooling systems.
Maintain machine maintenance history, breakdown reports, and spare parts records.
Coordinate with the production department for planned maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and statutory requirements.
Support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of recent machines and equipment.
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for maintenance requirements.
Assist during internal, customer, ISO, and SMETA audits related to maintenance activities
