Understand and interpret engineering drawings, assembly drawings, and BOMs for planning and scheduling activities.

Establish, maintain, and regularly update master project schedules and production plans.

Track daily production output against planned schedules and prepare progress reports for management review.

Monitor raw material and bought-out item availability and coordinate with Procurement and Stores teams for timely delivery.

Identify manufacturing bottlenecks, production constraints, and schedule deviations and report them to senior engineers and management.

Coordinate with Project Engineers, Manufacturing teams, Contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of plans.

Update and maintain planning information, production status, and project data in ERP systems.





Participate in cross-functional meetings and support process improvement initiatives to enhance planning effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Prepare planning MIS reports, production status reports, schedule adherence reports, and other planning documentation as required.
