Required Skills

• 3 to 8 yrs of experience in Finite Element Analysis of Mechanical Structure

• Working experience on FEA tools like Hypermesh, Optistruct, Hyperview, MDesign

Key Responsibilities
Lead FE modelling and structural analysis for rolling stock components and assemblies.
Define modelling strategies, load cases, and simulation methodologies.
Perform and review Linear / Non-linear Static, Modal, Harmonic, Transient, Random Vibration, and Fatigue Life analyses.
Validate FE models, boundary conditions, and results to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Provide design recommendations for structural durability, weight optimization, and performance improvement.
Ensure compliance with rail structural standards and certification requirements.
Lead technical reviews and collaborate with design,



manufacturing, and project teams.
Mentor engineers and drive best practices in simulation and analysis workflows.
