We are looking for Product Recruiters who have:
Worked on product-based company hiring
Hired for niche and specialized skills (e.g., AI/ML, cloud, data, senior engineering roles)

Roles & Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and execute a targeted search plan
Source candidates via job boards, internal databases, headhunting, and networking
Engage and strategically position opportunities to passive candidates
Screen, shortlist, and evaluate role fitment
Handle scheduling, coordination, and post-offer follow-ups
Support market research and talent mapping

Desired Candidate Profile




Minimum 1 year of experience in permanent, product hiring
Robust knowledge of the recruitment industry
Proven experience closing niche-skill positions
Client handling and team coordination skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills
Energetic, self-motivated, and result-driven
