Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to incoming inquiries.
Explain company products or services, features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Convert leads and inquiries into successful sales.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and order processing.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Use basic computer applications, MS Excel, and CRM tools to manage customer data.
Follow up with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
