Job Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs.
Explain product features, fabrics, sizes, prices, and offers.
Recommend suitable apparel and convert enquiries into sales.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Manage the assigned sales counter independently.
Maintain product displays, folding, store cleanliness, and presentation.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate for replenishment.
Maintain basic sales records and report updates to the supervisor.
Follow store policies, duty schedules, and operational guidelines.

Candidate Requirements
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Fluency in the local language is essential.
Basic Hindi or English is an added advantage.
Interest in apparel, fashion, and retail sales.
Skilled appearance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand and interact with customers throughout the shift.
Candidates residing near the store are preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
