Job Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day HVAC production activities, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality, safety standards, and delivery schedules. The role involves supervising manpower, monitoring assembly processes, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and monitor daily HVAC production activities to meet production targets and delivery schedules.
Supervise the assembly and manufacturing of HVAC equipment such as air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), air filters, and other HVAC products, as applicable.
Ensure production activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor manpower utilization, machine performance, material availability, and production output.
Coordinate with the Quality, Design,



Stores, Purchase, Maintenance, and Planning departments to ensure smooth production operations.
Identify production bottlenecks, minimize material wastage, and improve productivity.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, workplace safety procedures, and 5S practices.
Monitor rejection, rework, and production downtime, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain daily production reports, manpower records, rejection reports, and other production-related documentation.
Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of production tools, equipment, and machinery.
Train and guide production operators and technicians on work procedures, quality requirements, and safety practices.
Ensure timely completion of production orders as per customer and business requirements.

Educational Qualification
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
