Job Description
We are looking for a Tender Coordinator with experience in managing EPC tenders, preferably in ETP, STP, WTP, RO and ZLD projects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and track tender prospects through online tender portals.
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and commercial conditions.
Prepare tender compliance statements, documentation and bid submissions.
Coordinate with Process, Proposal, Procurement, Finance and Sales teams.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of technical and commercial bids.
Manage post-bid clarifications, tender tracking and follow-ups.
Maintain tender records and submission status reports.
Required Skills
EPC Tendering, Tender Documentation, Tender Portals, Technical & Commercial Bidding, BOQ, Tender Compliance, Bid Submission, Water Treatment Projects, MS Excel, Cross-functional Coordination.
