Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Analyst -US Payroll to manage end-to-end US payroll operations, ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and timely resolution of payroll-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll transactions including new hires, terminations, adjustments, and payroll updates.
Validate payroll inputs and ensure accuracy before payroll submission.
Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
Perform payroll reconciliations and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Investigate and address employee payroll queries and escalations.




Support payroll audits by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Generate payroll reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
Assist with payroll system testing, upgrades, and process improvements.
Maintain payroll SOPs, controls, and process documentation.

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in US Payroll Processing.
Good understanding of US payroll compliance, taxation, and wage laws.
Experience in payroll reconciliations and reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll systems.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
