Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coordinate with development, core testing, validation, and project teams to achieve sprint goals and project milestones.
Track sprint progress, team velocity, delivery commitments, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Remove impediments, resolve blockers, and escalate project issues.
Manage PMO activities, including project status reports, Agile dashboards, milestone tracking, and management updates.
Coordinate cross-functional teams working on automotive software development, ECU testing, integration, and validation.
Ensure alignment between Agile delivery, project schedules, customer expectations, and PMO governance.
Use Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps,



or equivalent tools for sprint tracking and reporting.
Coordinate with global stakeholders and customer teams, particularly German automotive OEMs.
For Senior-level candidates, manage multiple teams, mentor team members, and handle complex project dependencies.
