Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Sales Professional with a strong background in selling IT products and digital solutions, including CRM software, HRMS software, websites, and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, lead generation, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field sales, networking, referrals, and online channels.
Sell CRM software, HRMS solutions, website development services, and mobile application development services.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Build and maintain solid relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and sales demonstrations.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-ups to negotiation and deal closure.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain client information, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.




Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and recent business opportunities.
Required Skills
Proven experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, or SaaS Sales.
Experience in selling CRM, HRMS, website development, and mobile app development solutions.
Solid lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and explain technical solutions in simple language.
Experience managing the complete sales cycle and closing deals.
Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Eligibility Criteria
3 to 7 years of relevant experience in IT Sales or Software Sales.
Candidates with experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, and digital solutions sales will be preferred.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Strong client-facing and business development capabilities.
