Role & responsibility.
Identify and develop new customers in the CNC machining, machine tools, manufacturing, and industrial engineering sectors.
Promote and sell CNC machine tool components, mechanical parts, and related industrial products.
Understand customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
Demonstrate robust technical knowledge to explain product specifications, applications, features, and advantages to customers.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations, technical discussions, and sales meetings.
Prepare quotations, submit commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and follow up on orders.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, OEMs, machine tool manufacturers, dealers, and industrial clients.
Coordinate with internal technical, production, purchase, and service teams to ensure timely customer support and order execution.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.
Track market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback, and new business prospects.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales pipelines, quotations, and follow-ups.
Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Preferred candidate profile




Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Prior experience in sales of CNC machine tool components, machine tools, precision engineering products, or industrial mechanical components.
Strong technical understanding of mechanical components, engineering drawings, product specifications, and industrial applications.
Ability to understand customer requirements and confidently explain technical solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-convincing skills.
A proactive, target-driven approach with strong business development capabilities.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development, as required.
Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams.

Preferred: Candidates with an established customer network in CNC machining, manufacturing, machine tool OEMs, or precision engineering industries.
