Job Description:
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 3–7 years of experience in corporate interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets for interior fit-out projects.
Handle quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and cost control.
Manage vendor quotations, comparison statements, and negotiations.
Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills.
Coordinate with design, project, and procurement teams.
Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within budget.
Requirements:
3–7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in corporate interior fit-out projects.
Robust knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, and cost management.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant estimation tools.
