Role & responsibilities :
Teach spoken English using KEFs structured curriculum and activities
Conduct assessments (pre/post-tests) to track student progress
Maintain accurate attendance, records, and reports
Build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Contribute ideas to enhance teaching practices
Preferred candidate profile
Education: B.Ed. / D.Ed. / Graduate
Experience: 13 years preferred; fresher’s may apply
Skills: Excellent spoken English, local language communication, basic computer literacy
Attributes: Creative, patient, disciplined, effective communicator
Other: Willingness to work in community/slum-area schools
