Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development: Actively identify current sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, market research, and social media. Visit gyms and key opinion makers across the assigned territory to drive sales conversion for Hercules Fitness.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, including gym owners, facility managers, and corporate buyers.
Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and equipment demonstrations to effectively showcase product features, advantages, and value propositions based on customer requirements.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and specifications with customers and successfully close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies.
Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions,



and sales data.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
Market Travel: Extensive travel across the assigned territory is required to meet clients, visit gyms, engage with influencers, and expand market penetration.
Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed terms and coordinate with the finance team for outstanding dues.
Bodybuilding & Event Tie-ups: Identify and collaborate with bodybuilding competitions, fitness events, and athlete communities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Trainer & Influencer Network: Develop robust relationships with gym trainers, freelancers, influencers, and HNI prospects to generate referral-based business.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with installation and service teams regarding site readiness, layout approvals, and customer updates to ensure smooth project execution.
