Job Description

We are looking for an Interior Architect / Interior Designer who can manage interior design assignments from concept development and technical drawings through site coordination and execution. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of interior architecture, working drawings, materials, detailing, and coordination with contractors, vendors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities
Develop interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, material palettes, and client presentations.
Prepare detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections,



reflected ceiling plans, and furniture layouts.
Create detailed joinery, carpentry, and custom furniture drawings.
Prepare 3D visualisations and design presentations using relevant design software.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and civil and MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor execution to ensure work follows approved designs, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Assist with material selection, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;).
Prepare and review BOQs, quantity estimates, and vendor quotations.
Track project progress, coordinate activities, and follow up on pending work to help meet project timelines.
Ensure effective coordination between design intent, technical requirements, and in office execution
