Roles & Responsibilities
Source IT candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
Search for suitable candidates using Boolean search techniques.
Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills and experience.
Contact candidates to discuss job opportunities, availability, visa status, and salary expectations.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.




Follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Solid willingness to learn US IT recruitment and staffing processes.
Valuable convincing, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in US night shifts.
Freshers with a positive attitude and a learning mindset are encouraged to apply.
