We are hiring freshers for our Business Development & Account Management team in the Study Abroad industry.

The role involves building relationships with education partners, identifying business opportunities, managing accounts and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with education partners and clients.
Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Manage assigned accounts and ensure solid partner engagement.
Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings and partner interactions.
Understand partner requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
Support onboarding and activation of new partners.
Track business prospects, account performance and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned business development and account management targets.

Requirements:
Freshers with a graduate degree are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Confident, proactive and target-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel locally for client/partner meetings.
Ability to work independently and in a quick-paced environment.
Prior internship or exposure to Sales / Business Development / Account Management / Study Abroad / Education is an advantage.
