Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior OEM Sales skilled with a strong background in Wire Harness Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and related electrical interconnect solutions to OEM customers.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow OEM business for wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electrical interconnect products.
Identify new OEM customers and develop long-term business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with customer procurement, sourcing, engineering, and senior management teams.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including RFQs, quotations, pricing, negotiations, contracts, and business closure.
Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to understand customer drawings, specifications, and wire harness requirements.
Support recent product introduction (NPI) and coordinate customer requirements with internal manufacturing teams.
Develop existing OEM accounts and identify prospects for additional programs and product lines.
Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and account development plans.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer sourcing requirements.




Meet or exceed assigned revenue and business development targets.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
15–20+ years of experience in OEM Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Account Management.
Strong experience within the wire harness manufacturing industry is required/preferred.
Experience selling wire harnesses, cable assemblies, electrical assemblies, connectors, or related components to OEM customers.
Good understanding of wire harness manufacturing processes, customer drawings/specifications, BOMs, RFQs, costing, and quoting.
Experience working with manufacturing and engineering teams on new customer programs and product launches.
Proven track record of developing OEM accounts and achieving sales/revenue targets.
Experience supporting automotive, heavy equipment, industrial, off-highway, agricultural, or related OEM customers is highly desirable.
