Key Responsibilities
Enter customer details and account information into the banking system accurately.
Process data related to recent bank account openings.
Verify and update customer information based on submitted documents.
Handle KYC documentation, including Aadhaar, PAN, address proof, and other required documents.
Check application forms for completeness and accuracy.
Scan, upload, and maintain customer documents in the banking system.
Support account opening, customer onboarding, and document verification activities.
Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with the concerned team for corrections.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and banking information.
Follow bank policies, data security guidelines, and compliance procedures.
