Role Description The Housekeeper role is a full-time, in office position based in Chikkamagaluru. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable guest rooms and common areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Daily tasks include changing linens, making beds, organizing rooms, replenishing supplies, and handling laundry such as washing, drying, folding, and ironing. The role also involves interacting courteously with guests, responding to basic requests, and reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate team members.



The Housekeeper works closely with the hospitality team to ensure high standards of service and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong housekeeping and Laundry skills, including cleaning, linen care, and basic equipment handling.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact respectfully with guests and team members.
Candidates should possess good Organization Skills to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain orderly storage areas.
Candidates should possess the ability to participate in and support Training activities, including learning recent procedures and helping teammates when needed.
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights throughout the shift.
Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by guest needs.
