Job Brief

We are looking for a Key Account Sales Specialist (Customer Growth Specialist) to build long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The role involves managing a portfolio of assigned clients, developing recent business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent support and communication.

Responsibilities
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build and maintain robust, long-lasting client relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Identify areas for growth and improvement to meet or exceed sales quotas
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results, annual forecasts)
Prepare regular reports on account status




Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements and Skills
1 - 5 years Experience as a Key Account Management, Sales Account Manager or in a similar role.
Robust ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including C-level executives
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and MS Office (especially Excel)
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs
Ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously with attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
