ServiceNow Expertise : 3+ years of dedicated hands-on experience designing and deploying ServiceNow Virtual Agent, NLU, and Conversational Interfaces.

AI & NLU Concepts : Solid understanding of intent classification, entity extraction, confidence thresholds, utterance training, and Generative AI prompt refinement.

Platform Development : Proficiency in JavaScript, Script Includes, Client/Server APIs, Flow Designer, Advanced Work Assignment (AWA), and Service Catalog/KB structures.

Omni Channel Chat : Hands-on experience integrating Virtual Agent with Microsoft Teams, Slack, or custom web deployment frameworks.
