Position Summary:

Lead manufacturing engineering activities for EV products including battery packs, battery modules, electric drivetrains, motors, inverters, and assembly/testing lines. Responsible for current product industrialization, process development, automation, capacity planning, quality improvement, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead NPI (Recent Product Introduction) and industrialization from prototype to mass production.
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for EV battery packs, modules, motors, inverters, and drivetrain assemblies.
Prepare and implement Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, SOPs, and Work Instructions.
Drive automation projects involving robotics, laser welding, vision systems, EOL testing, and automated assembly lines.
Plan production capacity, takt time, cycle time, manpower, and line balancing.
Develop battery testing and traceability systems (OCV, IR, Hi-Pot, BMS, leak test, EOL testing).




Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Ensure process quality, process controls, APQP, PPAP, IATF 16949 compliance, and customer requirements.
Manage CAPEX projects including equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning.
Lead and mentor manufacturing engineering teams while coordinating with R&D;, Quality, Production, SCM, Maintenance, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with EHS and manufacturing safety standards.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in EV Battery Pack Manufacturing, E-Mobility, Automotive, or Advanced Manufacturing.
Solid knowledge of DFMA, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, Lean Manufacturing, Automation, and Industry 4.0.
Hands-on experience with battery assembly, testing, and automated production lines.
