We’re hiring: Senior Reservations Executive
Years of exp. - 5+ years
Location - Saket, Current Delhi
Immediate joiners preferred

Every guest’s experience with Pasban begins with a booking. We’re looking for someone to hold that first impression to a high standard.

At Pasban, the Senior Reservations Ex. is the person who holds the desk, takes the difficult booking, and brings the juniors up. On most shifts you’ll be the most experienced person on the desk, and you’ll deputise for the Reservations Manager in her absence.

What you’ll do
Run the reservations desk on shift: allocate the enquiry queue and call load, keep lines covered through peak periods, and sign off opening and closing checklists
Personally handle group, wedding, long-stay, multi-property and VIP enquiries, from proposal through deposit and handover
Audit bookings as the team creates them: rate codes, market segments, guest details, payment status and remarks
Take first-line guest recovery, resolving what you can and escalating the rest at once
Train current Executives on the enquiry sequence,

product knowledge, systems and telephone manner
Work hands-on across the CRS, channel manager and OTA extranets and flag rate, availability and mapping faults to E-Distribution
Write handovers the next shift can act on without asking a question

You’ll work well here if you
Have solid reservations or Hotel sales experience and are ready to lead a desk
Are comfortable with a CRS, channel manager and OTA extranets
Are confident handling travel agents, corporate bookers and wedding planners
Stay calm with difficult callers and coach juniors quietly and immediately
Hold the standard when nobody is watching
