Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle: Handle full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offers, and onboarding for international requirements.
Global Market Hiring: Focus on hiring across regions like the US, UK, Canada, EMEA, and APAC.
Shift Alignment: Work during US or international hours/night shifts as required by the specific market footprint.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with global business leads and technical panels to understand niche hiring needs and close positions independently.
Pipeline Management: Maintain candidate databases, track metrics, and manage multiple open positions efficiently.

General Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Typically ranges from 4 to 9 years of recruitment or IT talent acquisition experience depending on the specific mid-level or senior opening.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for interacting with international candidates and internal stakeholders.
