Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in South Delhi for an SEO Specialist focused on advanced and experimental search engine optimization techniques. The role involves conducting in-depth keyword research, technical and content SEO audits, and implementing on-page optimization strategies across company websites and landing pages. The specialist will manage link-building initiatives, track performance using web analytics tools, and regularly report on traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics. Daily tasks include collaborating with content and marketing teams to align SEO efforts with business goals, monitoring algorithm updates, and testing current SEO approaches while adhering to legal, ethical,



and platform-compliance standards.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO, including metadata optimization, content structuring, and site architecture improvements.
Experience performing comprehensive SEO Audits to identify technical, content, and user-experience issues affecting search performance.
Proficiency in Link Building strategies, focusing on quality, relevance, and compliance with search engine guidelines.
Ability to use Web Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and similar platforms) to measure and interpret SEO performance.
Good understanding of search engine algorithms, technical SEO (site speed, mobile responsiveness, indexing), and basic HTML/CSS concepts.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills with attention to detail and data-driven decision making.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with content, design, and marketing teams on-site in South Delhi.
Previous experience in SEO or digital marketing roles; a relevant bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
