Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organised Store Keeper to manage the day-to-day store operations at The Foresta Resort & Spa. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory of goods, ensuring proper stock records and timely availability of materials for all departments.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming materials, supplies, and goods against purchase orders and invoices.
Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, and available in the store.
Ensure proper storage, labelling, and arrangement of materials.
Monitor stock levels and inform the Purchase Department about low-stock items and replenishment requirements.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.




Maintain proper records of inward and outward materials.
Coordinate with all departments, including Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, and Maintenance, for their store requirements.
Ensure proper handling and storage of food items, beverages, cleaning materials, and other supplies.
Monitor expiry dates and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices wherever applicable.
Prevent stock wastage, damage, pilferage, and unnecessary consumption.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the store area.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports as required by management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
