Role & responsibilities
Accurately verify and dispense prescriptions to ensure patient safety and compliance with legal requirements.
Manage and organize pharmacy inventory, including ordering and stocking medications to maintain optimal levels.
Conduct drug interaction analysis to provide guidance and prevent adverse reactions.
Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, and potential side effects to promote understanding and adherence.
Collaborate with healthcare specialists to optimize patient care and medication management.
Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation and records in accordance with pharmacy regulations.
Provide emergency support and respond to urgent medication requests as needed.
