Role & responsibilities

> Manage daily operations

Coordinate appointments, patient flow, staff rosters and teamwork across radiologists, technologists, nursing and reception.

> Improve service delivery

Monitor report turnaround times, PACS workflows, report dispatch and patient experience.

> Drive marketing and outreach

Strengthen relationships with referring doctors, coordinate outreach activities and communicate the departments services and expanding capabilities.

> Support departmental performance

Monitor service utilisation, inventory, billing coordination and departmental MIS; identify practical prospects for improvement.

> Strengthen quality and compliance

Coordinate safety records, statutory documentation,



incident follow-up and staff development with the responsible teams.

Preferred candidate profile

> Bachelors degree with a postgraduate qualification in Hospital/Healthcare Management.

> Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospital or diagnostic operations.

> Solid communication, organisational, supervisory and relationship-building skills.

> Confidence with computers, Excel and hospital information systems.

> Experience in radiology operations, healthcare marketing, PACS or NABH-related work will be an advantage.
