Profile: Floor Superviosr

Location: Gandhidham & Bhuj, Gujarat

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor technicians daily work on the workshop floor.
Allocate jobs to technicians and ensure timely completion of repair and service work.
Monitor the quality of work performed by technicians and ensure adherence to company standards.
Ensure proper diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of vehicles/equipment as per operational requirements.
Track job progress and coordinate with technicians to avoid delays.
Ensure proper usage and availability of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
Maintain daily work records, job cards, and technician productivity reports.
Ensure technicians follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the workshop.




Coordinate with the Workshop Manager for daily operations, pending jobs, and technical issues.

Requirements:
ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
2–4 years of experience in workshop operations or technician supervision.
Positive knowledge of vehicle servicing, repair, and maintenance activities.
Robust team management and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job reporting.
Ability to manage technicians and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.
